This was my first time at NorthBank Center. I went to visit a church member and her husband. It was a very nice facility. The room that I visited was welcoming, but the most important comments came from the residents that was there to visit. They spoke highly of the staff and indicated that they are happy where they are.
North Bank center is an amazing facility! My significant other had a medical emergency on mother's day 2026 and landed in the local hospital ICU for 30 days before her insurance made her get transferred to another hospital, where she was supposed to get rehabilitation, during her time at that hospital they got her breathing on her own but did nothing else to help her before being discharged against my wishes. ( Due to her insurance.) She was discharged to North Bank and I thank God they were able to accept her! We are still there, and since being admitted her recovery has been phenomenal!!!! My family member was a patient at Northbank and received the best care by Traci with OT rehab and Nurse Roberts on the 2nd floor. The Director of Rehab, Maite was also wonderful overseeing their care. Definitely recommend.
