They have been taking care of all my fur babies for years now. We recently lost 2 pups and I couldn't have asked for a better group to help us through that tough time! Now we have a new fur baby and they have us starting her off on the right foot!
Wait can be long for a well visit, but will get you in and fixed up if an emergency!
Pros & Cons
Pros:
- They are open weekends which is great for emergencies and super convenient
- they are affordable
- walk-ins so everyone is taken
- the front office staff is friendly and patient
Cons
- if they have very intense, more emergency type cases first thing in the morning, you could be here hours (they open at 11:30, we arrived at 12:10). It is 5:17pm and we still have not seen the doctor and we have been in a room since 3:39pm.
- there is a doctor here that picks and chooses the order he sees patients once in a room. This means that while you may be put in a room, it may be several more hours before you are seen & treated....read full review
I’ve been here twice now. With my cats. It’s an emergency vet, so I was prepared to wait.
But I haven’t had to wait very long.
Great staff up front and great staff behind the scenes. Being a senior is hard enough, they helped me out some with my bill. Definitely recommend!
