Very efficient and professional. However they are for sure pricey at the service department. Paid over 200 in labor just for an inspection. But nonetheless they are a nice place. And friendly staff. The sales team can be a challenge. We went in with a set price and everything and had money in hand to pay but they urges us to finance and we didn't want that so they said they didn't have anything, which they probably did, but they sales guy probably just wanted a bigger sales cut. A shame we got turned away like that. Could have made a sale but instead lost one cause they got greedy.
****Update on Aug 19: I was contacted by Mandy at OP Nissan about the issue posted. She seemed very concerned about the incident and wanted an opportunity to not only make it right but to also look into what actually happened. I was impressed by this because most companies will just say that they’re sorry and move on. For now, I’m going to bump up the rating and follow up again on my next few oil changes.

Went looking for a car for our daughter. David has sold multiple vehicles to my mom, brother, and nephew. He treated us just like family and was patient, attentive, and overall amazing with us and listened to my daughter’s requests for her first car. Jay in finance was also absolutely amazing working with us and getting the best deal possible. We drove 200 miles to do business with David and we will do it every time from now on cause nobody else can come even close to his customer service skills and personality.
