Sales person came to our home and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We are thankful he took the time to meet with us. He made this affordable for our budget and we have peace of mind that it’s one less stress for our children to deal with

When my Dad went on hospice I called Neptune to help me prepare for his passing. It was the best thing I did for myself and my family. When he passed the hospice nurse called them and Neptune took care of everything - I mean everything. I visited the office once to finalize cremation and arrangements then again to pick up his ashes. The process was seamless and stress free. Everyone was kind and caring. My husband and I are planning to use this service ourselves when we pass to make the process stress free for our children too.
