My first time, I was in the area and decided to try this place. A very nice lady named Van did my manicure. The hand and arm massage was wonderful! She did an overall great job and my nails look good. I will definitely return and will try the pedicure next time.
I love this nail salon so much. They also take their time and give a pedicure and manicure that is well worth it. I use to live in Batram but recently moved 30 minutes away and I will continue to make the drive to this nail salon. If you ever need them to fix or change anything they are so open to any feed back (which we all know can be a little awkward) but everyone here wants their customers to be happy. WOW! I am so impressed! I mistakenly left $140 cash for a $70 ticket. (I meant to leave $100) I had not even realized my mistake yet when Sue with Nails So Happy proactively reached out to me by phone to ensure I was aware of the amount of cash I left. This was after she apparently looked for me in the parking lot and the store next door….. all while it was pouring rain.
On top of the incredible service, this place is professional, honest and friendly!
