I had two exams today from two different providers. I can say without hesitation that My Ey Dr was far more thorough and advanced compared to the other. The management staff, techs and doctors far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need

I was able to get a last minute appointment at this location, having gone normally to MyEyeDr in Riverside in Jax. It was my first time with a remote visit with the optometrist and the dr who did They did a fabulous job- from check-in to the technician who did my testing, to the Dr and the lady who helped me pick out my glasses. All gave excellent service! So appreciated!

FIRST & FOREMOST I would LOVE to say this office was a lifesaver, I’ve tried to get an eye prescription for over a week STRUGGLING to see, nearly blind & driving to work was very risky BUT, the staff today was honestly the best I’ve ever encounter since wearing any type of prescription. Each staff member I encountered from the timeframe I called this morning to checking in with front desk all the way to check out was honestly so sweet & nice to me & UNDERSTANDING & very patient with my complicated self.
