Sylvester was amazing with my daughter. He is very knowledgeable and explained things very clearly and thoroughly. My daughter is a softball pitcher and has been experiencing awful hip and lower back pain. We have been doing physical therapy for months and chiropractor visits regularly with little results. Immediately after her massage and intense stretching session with Sylvester, my daughter noticed a huge difference in the discomfort she had, and a couple hours later was excited to say she currently had no pain at all! Terry knows what he is doing and knows the human body well, so if you’re having issues he looks for the problem and works on it. He’s more than happy to discuss what he’s doing along the way. My 12 yo was having potential scholiosis issues and he helped stretch her out and showed her stretches to do at home to help prevent pain.

Sylvester is professional and does wonders with his hands! Gives a great massage everytime!!! Every time I go in, I never want it to end. The whole experience is peaceful, comforting, and just what I need sometimes to reset!!
