Their technician, Darrrel S., just left here from pumping out the septic tank. He was here the last time we used Wind Environmental / Metro Rooter too. He (along with every employee I have dealt with at this company) has been nothing but respectful, honest, and helpful. Darrel S. is so nice and respectful..great employee as waa the lady who helped me over the phone when i called to book the appt. They completely empty your tank, take pics as they go, and supply all to you in an electronic report. Also if you find a lower price..Id suggest to call them give them a chance to match/beat it. There have never been any hidden fees and its always the price they quote me prior to getting the work done. No 'dirty' business practices with this company...except pumping out your septic! :)

I have edited my review from last week because I don't know what Angel sent Darrell to me but he is nothing but professional and knowledgeable. He showed up a little after 5pm, and was amazing, got the job done quickly and knew pretty much where the tank was when we didn't know ourselves. Definitely redeemed themselves and I hope Darrell is around when I need tant maintenance again and I hope I am able to request technicians because his name is top of my list! Thanks Darrell for making a crap Monday less crappy (all puns intended!)
