    Unfortunate, and bad experience -- needed a terminal block and power cord for a range. No one in the service-center and they "no longer serve the public". Happy to pay more for good-help -- but ended up buying what I need from Amazon instead. Bring back the in-person counter service!

    Your Jacksonville site shipped me a 36” glass cooktop in a plain cardboard box with no protection. Of course it arrived broken. After I had waited for it for over 2 months. Zero attention to quality!

    Buyer beware when buying from the company. My appliance parts repairman bought a control panel for my stove that took 4 weeks to get at a cost of $650. When he installed it in, it did not work and Marcone indicated that they will not take back parts that have been installed. They have no return policy on their invoices nor on their wall at the cash register.I am absolutely pissed because I lost $650 for something that I did not get. It is thievery and the company does not give a damn. If you buy and return your purchase get ready to get screwed..
