I just arrived at 7:20am for my 9am appointment, after reading all the reviews. I'll give my full review after I leave. One of the older African American guy went and spoke with a lighter complexion guy and he advised him to tell me my appointment time and that he will come get me. There is a dock door available but I'm sure it's for someone who already has an appointment.Fast forward its 8:20am, my appointment isn't until 9am. Loading video captures since arrival for you all.It's 8:27am and I am in the DOOR!! The reviews I've read don't match my experience today. LolThe guy did have to clarify instructions for dock assignments to me since my comprehension was off. Idk...read full review
Fast and easy to back up to a door.Appointment was for 8AMGot there at 7:30They provided me a door and started unloading.It took them like 1 hour to unload a full truck.Not everyone has the same experience. My recommendation is to try to be there the earliest you can to get a door.Drive safe.
This company is not responsible for any damage caused to the cargo, they handle the cargo inappropriately, then the most they are responsible for is $500.00 if you do not put insurance on it, they can damage it but they are not responsible, recommendation, even if it is a steel bar, ask for in theQuote that is added to the insurance. And all the charges are not going to be that you later receive surprises of increases or damages to your merchandise. And evaluate if they are the best podium.
