I contacted Mack Motorwerks the day prior to needing a pre-purchase inspection, and Josh was both professional and courteous in assisting me with scheduling. On the day of the appointment, the team was very accommodating and handled the process seamlessly. The shop itself is really unique, great atmosphere and a comfortable waiting area. The technician, Zach, conducted an exceptionally thorough inspection and provided great attention to detail. I was very impressed with the level of service and would highly recommend Mack Motorwerks.
