Love's Travel Stop is a clean and new business, located right off I10, with a well-supplied parking lot that is easy to maneuver through, especially when pulling a camper trailer. It also offers a dump station. However, while the outside is clean, the interior could benefit from more attention from the cleaners. The floor and toilets were found to have hair, despite the friendly and helpful cashiers. The business also values good management and has a Bojangles restaurant where the cooks take pride in their delicious and well-made food. Some customers hold it as one of their favorite Love's locations and express their love for Jacksonville.
I won’t lie driving through Jacksonville, FL in a Semi Tractor and Trailer can be very stressful but every time I come to this Loves Travel Center it is refreshing and it reminds me of the good people here in Jacksonville! James and Michaela who works both the fuel desk and making sure the showers are sanitary are amazing and I often notice David the Manager fixing things and always in the shower areas, Im an owner Operator who appreciates good friendly service we are away from our families and these individuals are professional and the rest of the staff as well I do a lot of dedicated work here I’m from Arizona thank you for feeling like family.

Eagle eyed cashier accused me of taking a chocolate milk into the restroom😂 Would have been a awesome trick since I never opened the cooler. I was looking through the glass to see if they had 20 oz local Chocolate milk, which they didn't.😂 Anyway restrooms are clean.
