They gave me a Christmas miracle :) my cat chewed through the wire of my new pre-lit tree while I was out of town 3 days before Christmas. I watched YouTube and tried to fix it myself with no luck and was feeling very sad and defeated. I called them and they said they normally work on houses but to bring it down and see what they could do. They fixed it? And I swear the section they fixed it even brighter than before. Thank you!!!
