I'll start by saying I'm going to give them another chance because I so want to love this place. The overall vibe, set up and cleanliness is super inviting. Before I get to the reason why I'm giving them 3 stars I'll start with what I really liked. The pedicure was amazing, the massage was A1 and the person doing it took her time, which is a major plus. Now when it came to my gel manicure that's where it went awry. The soak off/drill of the gel nails was easy but the lady was way too heavy handed with the cuticle nipper and took a decent chunk from my thumb cuticle...cue the blood.
