However, significant issues exist with third-party delivery and aftercare service. Deliveries have occurred after dusk without proper equipment, leading to sheds sinking. Requests for moving a shed result in long waits of two months, price increases from initial quotes, and demands for upfront payment, creating a total inconvenience. Customers report unresolved issues and being told to pay out of pocket for problems.
I called with a particular request for a shed that’s already been purchased from a place now out of business, and just like the other 12 places, she could not help, but she did send me over the info for someone who can, that’s all I needed, and I really appreciate that. 5 star review from me!!
Kim was very helpful in getting this order taken care of and Scott organized the entire delivery with ease. However, Holly was absolutely the best delivery person we could ever ask for this project! She was friendly, professional, and just an overall joy to be around… and the Shed is amazing too! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The third party delivering it did not come with any leveling equipment.He used two concrete half rounds I had sitting around and a couple pieces of 2x4. The shed sunk in to the ground, and after trying resolve the issue for months I was told that the issue wasn't resolved quick enough and I would have to pay out of pocket.For their third party's laziness.
