Kernan Nails provides exceptional service with a kind and welcoming staff. The salon is super clean and peaceful, as they open a new kit of sterile tools for each client and use plastic bag liners in the foot spa tub. Their pedicures, including the jelly pedicure, are highly recommended and come with a relaxing foot and leg massage. The stylists are skilled and attentive, with excellent skills that result in beautiful manicures and pedicures. Prices are quoted upfront, and the team goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction, even offering complimentary repairs when needed. Customers appreciate the professionalism, kindness, and the enjoyable experience they receive, making them eager to return.
I went to this nail salon late on a Saturday and the gel nail came off/broke on four of my fingers within hours after the manicure. I wasn’t doing anything which is the worst part, the gel nail just started separating from my nail. When I tried calling they were closed already. Called on Sunday no answer (closed) showed up to the place since they only do appointments on Sunday hoping someone would be there but no one showed up so I called and left a voicemail, still haven’t gotten a call back 😐. Amazing service and super clean. They open a new kit of sterile tools for each client and use those plastic bag liners in the foot spa tub. I'm visiting town and had a lot on my mind so I used my time to catch up on my phone and the nail tech only chatted w me to confirm shape and length of nails. So professional, excellent skills, great foot and lower leg massage, and resulting mani and pedi were beautiful.
I went in there TODAY: no appointment & got great service from the beginning to the end. I really enjoyed the people & service I received. My feet & legs feel like marshmallows. Thanks for my great Experience today. I will be back!💯😎🎈
