Was having trouble discovering the issue with why my RV Onan generator was not producing power. Called Kent’s, talked to Jeff. After a couple questions he suggested it was a bad brush, and instructed how to remove it. That was indeed the problem, we replaced the brush block and all is well! Thanks Jeff, for the help!
