Based on my initial conversation with Amy.....I look forward to doing business with this company. As a property manager of several properties in the area, I do look to other professionals from time to time, that have specific expertise in other areas to help maintain our client's interests. In this instance, Amy took the time to give me additional information necessary so that I can make an educated decision and help my client. So far, I'm super happy with the interaction with this company.

Great customer service. Updated my 73 year old tank. The crew was very professional and informative with my questions. Don't look any further. I have and will recommend them to all my neighbors.

JL Smith installed a new septic system (drain field, tank, pump) at my house two years ago. I just noticed today that the pump was shorting out when plugged into the outlet. I called JL Smith and left a message. They returned my call promptly and said a technician would be at my house shortly to look at. The technicians showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it within an hour. The showed me their fix and did not try to up sell me anything. They had to dig up some grass but they dug it up properly without destroying it so that it could be laid down again. I highly recommend JL Smith for any residential septic installs or maintenance.
