My unit stopped cooling last night, so I called for a technician to come out today. Tommy, who has been here before for routine maintenance, came to look at the problem. He determined that it was a bad capacitor and replaced it. Even better, he went online to make sure that I had extended my warranty, so the cost of repair was much less than it could have been. Called on Saturday morning at 830am and received quick schedule with an eta of 1230. Tim was a Great tech and arrived earlier than expected, plus called to let me know he was on way.
