I want to express my deepest gratitude to the JOI physical and occupational therapists. Their expertise and dedication have made all the difference in my recovery. They provide compassion, kindness, and individualized care to each and every client. A huge shout out to the therapy team at Baptist South - you are truly remarkable. Everyone I encounter was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Jaxon the MA set the tone of the visit he was patient and paid attention to details. The NP was informative and she educated me on what was going on. She made sure I understanded my problem, why, how, and the next steps of treatment. Dr. Carlos saw me as his only patient while with me and he mirrored his staff. This was one if the best medical visits I ever experienced.
The staff was quick to get me in, then when I got there they got me back as quickly as possible. Because I was told what to bring that was not an issue for them to start helping me. Love Dr Tandron too!!!!
