I had to do PT for my shoulder, and everything, and everyone was wonderful! From the beginning, Lisa at the front desk was warm and bubbly and made me feel welcome. She answered all my questions and even took on some extra workload of handling what was needed from my primary care doctor and helped me get ahold of them and obtain referrals from them that I struggled to get on my own. I have been to the Point Meadows location twice for physical therapy for my knee... the first time trying to avoid surgery and the last time after surgery. Fadel was awesome! he was patient and explained each exercise and how to correctly do them. when he was not available i saw Justin and Alayna and they were both great! Lisa at the front desk is very kind and knowledgeable about benefits. Its obvious to me that everyone at this location is doing what they are the very best at.... taking great care of their patients. i highly recommend this location, i will always choose these professionals if i need their care in the future! thank all of you!

I just think that Fidel and Justin are amazing. They have made such a difference in my improvement from hip labral surgery. They helped me through my moments of depression when I felt like I should have been further along in my healing. They are both very professional and kind. I give them a 10 out of 10. Lisa at the front desk is always kind with a friendly smile!!
