Initially I was going to give a one star because of Dr. WILSON and the recent experience with her, but I can't do that to Jax community pet clinic, because the rest of the staff is amazing. Dr. Trotter, Dr.G and Dr. Whiting and others are great. So I give the vets office as a whole a 5 star.....*****However, I'd give Dr. WILSON negative stars if I could, below I explain why......**Recently my almost 3 year old chocolate lab and I had a horrible experience. So, before I went on vacation with my fiance and pups, our chocolate lab Remington had to go in for update on annual vaccines (January 2024). We love this place! They treat us so good, my dog loves to go there. Every one is so friendly and welcoming. My dog suffers from allergies and sometimes i need an urgent appointment and they always help us. Thank you so much for being there for us!!!! Kisses from Jellybean

I love the staff at Jax Community Pet Clinic. They are efficient, thorough, and give the best care and attention to Luger. Luger has gotten grumpy as he's aged, and the staff just give him a little extra love and care and it is appreciated.
