Jack C Wilson Roofing was a pleasure to work with. Jake did an outstanding job of providing the estimate and explaining everything involved. Byron did an outstanding job coordinating the process. The crew worked were there on time and worked diligently throughout the day. I appreciated the way that the company worked with me to get the roof done in a timely manner. We just had a new roof put on and they did a great job and it looks awesome. We were very impressed with our sales person Jake. He explained everything in detail and then some. We had a minor issue with being able to take the dogs out for a bathroom break, but other than that, no issues. We appreciated the concern and quickness to rectify it when we brought it to their attention. But, they made up for it by getting the roof done earlier than expected!
