I’ve had a great experience with the team at Intercoastal Wellness Center. They are one of the best groups I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I’ve been doing SoftWave Therapy, and the results have been amazing.
I had two labrum tears—one in each shoulder—from Jiu Jitsu and was dealing with a lot of pain. I really wanted to avoid surgery if possible. After six treatments on each shoulder, I’m currently pain-free, which is incredible.
They have also been treating my lower back pain, and I’ve seen significant improvement there as well.

I’ve noticed an incredible improvement since starting care here. Thanks to their care, I’m now feeling so much better and able to get back to doing the things I enjoy (the gym and running) without discomfort. The overall atmosphere is welcoming and friendly.
