These people drug me through these steps for hire. Not only did they drag me through each step I had to call to move forward to the next including the initial interview. Very unprofessional for a company that claims to be super professional. I have been out of work for a month waiting on these folks only because I told the manager I wouldn't let him down. I am a skilled carpenter who was a lead man for a company who does the exact same thing for the exact same contracts. Drivers and crews always speeding through neighborhoods in company vehicles. Confrontational when asked to slow down. Slow the trucks down, especially when hauling heavy equipment on flatbed trailers, before something tragic happens.

I've worked for ICG in Greencove springs for going on 2 years and I've never been more satisfied with a place of employment. My fellow employees, supervisors, and the HR department feel like an extended family. Time and again owners Ryan and Andy have shown a great deal of respect and gratitude for our hard work.
