I had laser hair removal at New Day Medspa, formerly Ideal Image…the staff are wonderful and professional, my results are amazing and I never had any trouble with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation. I HIGHLY recommend treating yourself to this type of treatment to save from a lifetime of shaving.
I just received my treatment from Ally who was AMAZING! She took her time to treat every section and knew when to slow down to make sure I was absolutely comfortable the whole time.

I love this place! I think it's important to mention that I am a Black female with tan skin who was extremely afraid of the outcome of laser hair removal. My main concern was hyperpigmentation so I started with one treatment area about 2 years ago. Everything is going great, no hypermentation or extreme irritation and the hairs that were concerning me at almost non existant. I feel more confident and smooth and relieved that there are no hair bumps from shaving or scars from plucking. If you are hesitant, do it! You won't be sorry!
