Have used Howard for 30+ years and I have found their initial costs to be a little high, but, long term, the quality of their service has more than made up for the initial costs. They are a company you can invest in and they will save you money, based on high-quality performance.
As a follow-up, I use their annual program and I have never felt any pressure to do additional work. They do, on a regular basis, let me know how my unit is doing as it ages. This allows me to plan for replacement and keep up on the latest standards and trends in the HVAC area.

Had a couple issues with our heat pump. David from Howard services came out and worked on the heat part and got it working correctly. This afternoon we had issues with the air conditioner part. Called and David came back. After working on it again it was determined that I needed to replace this 9 year old unit. David was very efficient, explained everything to us and was honest enough to let us know we could just start replacing parts. Rather than do that I told him we wanted to replace it. Now to get that done by Howard’s. Have had nothing but excellent service from this company and would hope to have David do any future serving when needed.
