We had a house built and we were at the end of our one year warranty. We had HouseScan come in and do the 11th month house inspection and they did a wonderful job. They found several things that needed to be addressed by our builder and the builder is taking care of it now. Who would have thought there would be repairs that needed to be done now in order to save us money and material down the road? Shawn was my inspector and he was excellent. We communicated before the inspection about the timing and he was able to accommodate my need for an early appointment. He was prompt in arriving and was very efficient in his work. I was in a rush to get the results of the inspection and he provided them promptly after he left the house.
