Unprofessional staff in the office. They have no regard for safety or concern for people's well being. A truck driver by the name of Benny Cruz driving a red truck drove head on at my vehicle purposely. I had to swerve to avoid a head on collision. When I confronted the man he kept saying bull**** not admitting his error. I addressed this issue to the staff in the horizon building and all they had to say was that I should leave it alone. When I asked to file a complaint a lady in the office gave me a number to call but it is not a working number. Unbelievable.

Called to make a formal complaint about a reckless driver going less than 60 mph blocking a two lane road on the interstate for at least 3 miles that my family and i experienced on the road and got mocked by the woman working the phone. Called highway patrol and went on my way.

I want to give 0 star if I can. They are 1 and half hour later for the appointment time without any notification. and their customer service say they don't care. Horizon,horrible zone.
