I had been notified by JEA that my meter has been going overtime lately and that I probably had a leak in my irrigation system so I contacted Heroes lawn care and they scheduled an emergency appointment for me within the next day. They came out and were very polite and took me around my irrigation system and showed me where any leaksi might be and I was extremely pleased with their services. I would recommend these folks as they helped me out in an emergency situation.
Spoke with Doug this morning concerning irrigation system monitor that wasn’t working properly. He had Chris contact me and as promised he showed up to my house on time. He looked at my inoperative system and discussed my options. An hour later he had installed new system and showed me how to operate from telephone. I went out on Angi's List Friday afternoon, and within two minutes, Joshua had given me a call to set up a 0800 for Monday morning. I had a station four solenoid problem, which had been identified by my Rainbird diagnostics system. Chris showed up promptly, and I spoke with him about my issue. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable of my Rainbird system. He went right to work and replaced the solenoid. He then performed a tune-up of my system and replaced one of the heads that was not oscillating. I was very pleased with Chris's work. The sprinkler system is working 4.0.
