I was a lot disappointed when the rug came back in a brown wrap and the delivery man said they were not paid to unroll the rug. At that point I didn’t even know if that was my rug…..Service: Area rug cleaning

Heirloom did a great job. They came into my home, picked up my rugs, (took photos, etc.) took them to their location and cleaned them. Then returned them very clean and put them back in place, moving my furniture as needed. The gentlemen were kind, courteous and very good at communicating their location etc. I highly recommend HORC!Service: Area rug cleaning
