Greg from Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning showed up promptly at our scheduled appointment time. He was extremely friendly and warm while getting right to business. He paused about 15 minutes into the job to and made the effort to offer to have me come and look at a section of the sofa which had been cleaned so I could easily see the “before and after”. Excellent customer service, rugs look like new and a great company. We have used heirloom for probably 10 years plus. They pick up from our home and a week later, they come back like new. Todd and Chris did the pick up - great guys. Todd and Mike did the return - again, just nice. The owners name is Pee-Wee. Very easy to deal with and always responsive. This company has been a great find when we first moved here and continues excellence throughout the years
