I had my oriental rug cleaned by Heirloom for the first time in about 15 years. This rug is in our foyer where our numerous pets, kids and grandkids have graced it with many accidents and normal wear and tear. OH MY GOODNESS! The rug looks brand new! They even repaired a small area on one corner. My husband even noticed how plush it feels now. The colors are so vivid! All of this plus excellent customer service. The technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly. I could not be happier with the results. I will most definitely use Heirloom in the future and highly recommend them!
