“GPE maintains my apartment complex. Today some debris flew up and busted my car window out. Within an hour, the crew lead had cleaned all the glass from the window, inside the car (even removing my children’s car seat and re-installing), and from the ground… even covered my window with plastic. I then received a call from their manager that someone would be coming to replace the window same day, and he also apologized several times. The kindness, effort, and prompt action from all of them really impressed me. They went above and beyond “professionalism” and showed true thoughtfulness to the situation. 10/10 recommend!“

“We ended up having a leak in our air conditioner from the drain pipe in our attic. There were several spots where the drywall had to be completely taken out and replaced and then the knockdown texture reapplied. This is not something that’s easy to replicate, and John did a fantastic job. It looks like the leak never happened. He even came back and did some touch up after the fact, really stands by his work. He’s honest and transparent, pricing is comparable to other handymen, but the work is excellent. Also a nice and friendly guy. You won’t be disappointed if you hire him, we will definitely have him back.

“I have used Mr. Handyman for two projects in my home in the past 2 years. The first was an extensive pool decking project, which included the removal of old rotted wood decking, and then structural reinforcements, installation of new composite decking around, handrails, lattice fencing, and 2 sets of stairs. They removed all the debris and left the pool and decking area clean. The work was EXCEPTIONAL!! The second project was just done this past week. I am disabled and wheelchair-bound and recently had to get a different wheelchair. I needed to have my master bathroom and walk-in closet doors widened so I could easily enter through them without scraping the door jambs and trim (as well as my knuckles). I had them remove the original doors, widen the entryway and framing, add flat jambs, new trim, install a sliding barn door between my master bed and bath in replacement, and patch and re-paint everything. I also required the electrical switches to be moved in order to widen the walk-in closet entry, and Mr. Handyman also coordinated and scheduled that work as part of the project, so I didn’t need to care for it. The staff from start to finish were courteous, respectful, supportive, accommodating, professional, punctual and highly competent!! The end result/product is FUNCTIONAL (which was most important), but also SO BEAUTIFULLY DONE including great attention to detail!! I am beyond pleased!! While the cost of both projects was more than I necessarily expected going in, each was well worth every penny in the end!! I have already referred a couple of friends to Mr. Handyman, and will continue to refer others going forward! A BIG THANK YOU again for the superior work and execution in both of my home improvement projects!!“

“We needed drywall work done for a couple of holes in bedroom wall. Jason did a great job. He fixed the holes and had to do the orange peel texturing. We were also having the place painted, and he coordinated with the painter to be sure all was done right and looked good. He communicated well. Very fair pricing. He is a hardworking and honest guy. Strongly recommend. (also found out later that he and painter found some other holes, from old T.V. mounting, and he textured those just because he is a good guy)“
