Appointment was at 10 there was only two people in the lobby yet I didn’t get pulled back until 10:35.
X-rays some how took another 30 minutes by the time 11 hit they told me to have a good day but I was there for a cleaning 😵‍💫😅 they ended up fitting me in but to be honest the cleaning was crazy rough and everything was just disorganized and weird ended up leaving at 1130 but got there at 9:50. My biggest complaint though is how awkward the room I’m going to post was…. other patients were walking through my room back and forth…. Very awkward.

I would like to highlight the outstanding customer service I received from a front desk staff member, **Bree**, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. I visited the office to obtain paperwork for services, and although I have been struggling to resolve an ongoing issue, my interaction with Bree was truly a bright spot in the process.

Bree greeted me with a warm smile and immediately asked how she could assist. After I explained the paperwork I needed, she promptly printed the documents and asked a thoughtful, specific question to better understand the purpose behind my request. Vaydem was AMAZING he was very PROFESSIONAL and made me feel very COMFORTABLE… He took his time and did not rush while he was doing my cleaning.. he will definitely only want him to do my cleaning again..
