Over the years I have used Geek squad and in my opinion they don't disappoint when you purchase their tech computer plan and become one of thier VIP members you are able to utilize the service Instore and at home. When ever I have a problem with my computer the geek squad team is very efficient, trusted advice and also are great in customer service you may have to wait a little while in line but its always a good idea to call & make a appointment because they are always very busy. Scott and team did a great job setting up my new computer and transferring all old data . They also diagnosed my daughters and follow up was timely. This team answers the phones unlike other store locations and does exactly what they say they will do with through communication. . Keep up the good work- we will be back!
