It’s hard to know where to start with a review of Game Changer Realty and our realtor Lesley Brawn. We started the process of looking at homes (both on the market and new construction) with Lesley, and having never had looked at new construction in the past, the process was new and overwhelming. Lesley has been there every step of the way through looking at lots, models, changing our minda on a house (only once ?), and even design. She regularly checks on our construction when we can’t. Lesley and Game Changer have gone above and beyond our expectations and I would recommend them with confidence to anyone.

I wanted to share a review with our experience with the Realtor we are working with. Lesley Brawn with Game Changer Realty. I was referred to Leslie through a friend. I live in South Florida and simply fell out of love with South Florida so we decided to relocate. We were not sure if we wanted to buy or build in Nocatee. When we decided to purchase a home in Florida we had no idea that we would gain a friend! This is exactly what Lesley Brawn has become to me and my family. We had never purchased new construction and I hear of some stories but thankfully that was not my experience. She kept us abreast along the way and we closed on time. Lesley stayed on top of the process the entire way. In fact, I think she and her family visited the site more than we did. I’m very thankful that we met as we gained a lifelong trusted friend. She forever has our home transaction(s) business.
