We had our first experience with trying to fight against a Lice infestation, we were unsuccessful at home so I went on google looking for anyone that would help us. We went with Fresh Heads! I have to say it was the best decision I could’ve ever made. We are a family of 5 and with two kids on the spectrum. Amy was very accommodating to our special dynamic! She had music, tablets, allowed the boys to move around and moved right along with them doing their treatment. Amy was very thorough, kind, understanding, and informative. She got us completely Lice free. We did catch lice again about a month later (we think a kid on our kids bus isn’t being treated) so we had to return to Fresh Heads. Amy remembered that the boys love Mama Mia and put the sound track on without me even asking, and worked with us through each meltdown. She honored our 45 day guarantee and got us all in again in one day. I cannot brag on Amy and Fresh Heads enough, they have given us back our sanity and did it with so much respect and professionalism given the circumstances. 10/10 recommend. 100% worth the money..

Excellent experience. Thorough job without a lot of unnecessary chemicals and didn’t require us to chop off our beautiful boys hair. Appreciated the time teaching me what to look for and how to prevent re-exposure. This was hands down worth every dime (and took less than an hour). Glad we started with this step rather than the over-the-counter solutions. Left with a happy lice-free kid and happy mom.

This place was very clean and easy to get to. Mike was very friendly and informative. Suggested preventive products and how to avoid future issues. Hopefully will not have this problem again but if we do will come back. Thanks to Mike my daughter will stop scratching. And also it's guaranteed!!!
