Dr foltz and Sarah are amazing. I have gone to multiple locations to accommodate my schedule and they are always so personable and friendly. I am so glad I found this practice. Dr foltz definitely takes a more personalized approach to pain management and treats each person as an individual. I have never felt that typical judgement from some pain Drs like you do at other practices. I believe he has empathy and compassion towards his patients.
Dr. Foltz has a great team. He’s a great doctor and the staff is wonderful....
.. now only if I could get through to them. They have an answering service that actually does them a disservice. It’s hard as hell to get through and make appointments. I leave messages and we play phone tag for a week. We should not have these kind of problems, consistently. Update/ I believe the phone systems have been updated however it still can be an inconvenience at times during certain days.
I've been to several Pain Management offices looking for a office that will listen and be compassionate to my chronic illness. Dr Jimenez has been wonderful. After several different attempts to find a way to ease up my pain he suggested a pain pump. After researching and praying I did it. Now I have to see Renee for my maintenance of the pump. Renee is extremely knowledgeable about the device and she is very kind and compassionate also. I completely trust in her to do what is best for my health.
