We had exhausted all collection activities on one particular account... these guys stepped in and went on to collect the full outstanding balance. Their communication was great and they kept us informed of progress every inch of the way. Our company will definitely use them again if needed.
I've used MRP for several years to assist on commercial accounts both large and small. They have always done a great job and are very effective at what they do. They do a great job in communicating what is going on with each account. I never have to go hunting for status updates or call multiple reps to see where a specific account is at. I typically get a call as soon as something significant happens. Few other agencies can match that level of service.
I was unable to collect payment since October 2021; I was helped by Jon and was able to receive payment within a week. The professionalism and confidence to collect was fantastic and I'll definitely be using them again and will recommend them for anyone else needing help with collections.
