I am very dissapointed in how this was handled.
I took Zander, a kitten in to be fixed through the TNR program on Nov. 6th, 2025. The next day when I picked her up I was told the paperwork was backlogged and I would get her records soon. A month later on Dec. 6th when I picked up two other kittens after their surgeries(whose records I received right away) I asked about Zander's records again. They said that I would likely get them in a couple weeks. It has been over a month again and I have received no records.

We were really impressed with how quickly they were able to get us in for a neuter and with the range of services included in the pricing. Our experience was very positive, we’re not sure what others are referring to, but this veterinary clinic provides a great service to the community. Thank you.
Talk about the good and bad wrapped all in one. Well here is proof. The staff is either the greatest in the business or dumb and rude as a box of rocks. A technician who doesn't know the pricing and makes up answers as she goes. A help line that's rude and gives answers like sure thing Boss with the most condescending attitude when they mess up and offer no help but attitude. OR... The sweetest ladies at the desk or the lead tech who is sweet as she can be and helpful. Three different visits three different prices with three different reasons why .. beyond frustrating.
