Jim and Alex were simply amazing. To start, they were able to work magic and get us a rate of 5.875%! In this market that is unheard of. On top of an amazing rate, their commitment to service is unmatched. They were readily available to answer any questions we had and helped us navigate a sometimes crazy situation. Their knowledge of the process was a huge asset. Hopefully we will be in this home for a while, but when we buy again I won’t use any other mortgage company! Thank you again Jim and Alex!

Best mortgage brokers ever. Helped me save so much for my first home purchase. Total lifetime savings of $107,400. Helped me get a bond loan that made my closing costs zero. All I paid was 1% for my house and I mean 1% my house cost $295,000 and I paid down payment $2000, inspection $400 and appraisal $550. I’m no mathematician but I think that’s 1%. These guys are the best and talked me through everything and I had a bunch of questions.
