Our building has contracted with Elcon since early 2025. Their service, responsiveness, and expertise has been outstanding. Elcon recently performed a major repair project in the elevator machinery room. Kevin and his team thoroughly assessed all needs, kept us fully abreast throughout, and diligently worked to complete the project in a short timeframe. We highly recommend Elcon for their expertise and outstanding customer service.

Our Condo Association has been a customer of Elcon Jacksonville for years and have always received excellent service from them. They keep our elevator serviced and we almost never have any problems. We are on the ocean which is a harsh climate for equipment but they make sure we stay ahead of any issues.

ELCON Enterprises has been spectacular! We had a number of tough issues that Kevin and his team were able to remedy. It took a few tries as our elevator is older. Kevin was able to get the parts we needed in a pretty reasonable time. We are very pleased. Thank you Kevin and all of ELCON!
