I signed a contract with Eric in January, 2021, paid the 1/3 of overall cost in February to open walls, install two doors downstairs and three windows upstairs. He didn’t bother to fill in the forms for permit application for me, but asked me to do everything for him. As a homeowner, I had to ask him questions to fill in the form and quickly let him pick up in February to submit to the city. But after a month he asked me for the paperwork.
