(Port Charlotte Florida)My pictures will say it all as for the Little critters and things I put on the pool deck after scooping out I don't know what to tell you I don't know what they are and I don't think I want to know I know that I have a bad sore on my toe that is very scary! I am in Port Charlotte Florida not Jacksonville and I will keep you posted I've asked them for a refund etc I will keep you posted I promise!

Not an honest company. Will blame customers for employees mistakes. Turn your pool from green to dark green in a matter of 2 weeks, then charge you extra because its green. They lie to customers and employees, and over all not a reputable company. Do not hire them.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Avoid this company at all costs- they have a high turnover in workers and barely come out to service, but love to take your money and then some in damages to your equipment and yard quality. In the past 2 months our pool guy has been out 2 times and this is what our pool looks like now. This past week he finally put in chemicals to kill the algae, however, he failed to properly close the pool pump which has caused the seal to burn up from not circulating properly and water to leak all over my yard. He must’ve been in a hurry because he clearly doesn’t care about our pool quality. Now we are switching our pool service company...read full review
