The team is noted for being neat, punctual, and professional. Joe is responsive and proactive, offering valuable advice on pool care and chemicals. Alexis in the office is also praised for her helpfulness. With competitive pricing and dedicated service, Economy Pools is a reliable choice for pool owners.
Not an honest company. Will blame customers for employees mistakes. Turn your pool from green to dark green in a matter of 2 weeks, then charge you extra because its green. They lie to customers and employees, and over all not a reputable company. Do not hire them.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would! Avoid this company at all costs- they have a high turnover in workers and barely come out to service, but love to take your money and then some in damages to your equipment and yard quality. In the past 2 months our pool guy has been out 2 times and this is what our pool looks like now. This past week he finally put in chemicals to kill the algae, however, he failed to properly close the pool pump which has caused the seal to burn up from not circulating properly and water to leak all over my yard. PG Economy Pool came to my house the beginning of April they turned my pool green and a matter of the day turned off my pump did not turn it back on broke my water filter. Housing unit also did not get any service from them for eight weeks I had to clean the pool myself their salt generator that they provided broke. They would not take any responsibility for that salt generator that they provided and we’re supposed to maintain. It got clogged up. They would not clean it their services horrible.
