I cannot recommend Durbin Cleaners and Alterations enough! After my wedding, the bottom of my dress was completely covered in mud due to a mudslide at the venue the day before. Other cleaners in Jacksonville, especially the ones “recommended” by the dress boutique for wedding dresses, quoted me a minimum of $600 just because of how dirty it was.
Durbin Cleaners, on the other hand, quoted me $180, took on the challenge without hesitation, and did an absolutely incredible job. They were kind, accommodating, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. My twin and I had a difficult time finding matching red petite gowns for our 60th birthday party. Finally, one week, before the party, we found matching gowns. Unfortunately, the gowns needed to be shorten. My twin found a place near her and I was referred to Durbin Cleaners. I wanted a slight high low on my gown. My dress was completed 3 days before the event. The gown was perfect. I am so pleased with the quality of service I received.
