**UPDATE** **BUYER BEWARE** **DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY** It has now been 18 months and they still haven't done anything to the lot or home my parents bought. This company deserves 0 stars. They have taken advantage of my senior citizen parents by taking their deposit and cashing their check but 8 (18 now) months later still have't even broken ground on their lot in a subdivision that's got building going in. Buyer beware if you're looking at the Reverie community in Palm Coast.. the builder is a crook and can't be trusted. We bought a dream finder home under 3 years ago and have already had several issues with our home. About 2 years in, the ceiling to the garage started leaking with water, we had to dry the entire area out and had to cut out pieces of our walls and ceiling to take care of the issue. When a plumber went to look at it, they let us know that because of how fast the building had been done, there were cracks in our plumbing. On top of that, our hvac compressor broke down within the first two years even with this being a new build done in 2023. They preach that you can use the warranty for any fix to get you to buy the home, but they’ll never come out on warranty to fix...read full review
