We almost made the call to get a house less than a block from the beach in Florida and everything was perfect but they wanted 200,000 down on the deposit as soon as we said yes we were interested and no inspection and I’m just so grateful that we said no after reading the absolute horror stories about this company. Never. And when I saw the Owner’s house that was probably the biggest house I ever saw, and I wonder if dream finders even built it, I knew I made the right decision.

They were absolutely awful to deal with and kept push pushing us over and over. We went elsewhere.

This isnt a review on the company itself, but one specific employee.. Jonathan P has been amazing to work with since day 1 in warranty! He has always kept clear communication, responds & issues payments in a timely manner & he uses his common sense! 5 stars for him!!

Sales process amazing. Really good sales customer service. Construction great as well. Post walkthrough and warranty walkthrough horrible. Sent 5 emails and it was never done. No emails or walkthrough prior the one year warranty expiration.
