If I could give less than one star I would. Don’t build a house with these guys. I started building with them in 2023 in Charleston sc when they were still Crescent. As soon as they switched to dream finders you could see the quality in work immediately slip. My house was built in 2024 and the warranty work was supposed to be done in 2025. They refuse to do any warranty work that they’re obligated to do. I was told the reason they never did my warranty work was because I entered it on my warranty portal “too early”. Please avoid buying a home from this builder. Unfortunately, they make promises and do not follow through.
I have submitted several warranty claims, and I have been told that many of the issues are not covered, even though some of these defects were already present when the house was delivered to us. For other issues that are supposedly covered under the warranty, they claim the repairs have already been completed, but that is simply not true because the same problems continue to occur.
Based on my experience, the customer service has been very disappointing, the quality of the finishes is poor, and getting warranty issues properly resolved has been extremely frustrating.
**UPDATE** **BUYER BEWARE** **DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY** It has now been 18 months and they still haven't done anything to the lot or home my parents bought. This company deserves 0 stars. They have taken advantage of my senior citizen parents by taking their deposit and cashing their check but 8 (18 now) months later still have't even broken ground on their lot in a subdivision that's got building going in. Buyer beware if you're looking at the Reverie community in Palm Coast.. the builder is a crook and can't be trusted.
