Dr Brown was very pleasant and helpful. I was greeted with good vibes entering the store. The only thing I think could be improved would be name tags and titles perhaps. I myself always introduce myself as a healthcare professional and explain what my job is. I feel like that is a common courtesy. That’s just me.

My provider was very informative and gave me valuable information about my eye exam. The technician was helpful and explained the machine prior to guiding me through it. Overall, I had a really good experience.
