We built with Dostie in Nocatee at the Crossings in 20 Mile. We built our previous house and had a pretty average experience at best but Dostie really impressed us. They were very open and accommodating with reasonable customization within our home. Heather in the design studio was great and the variety of options was great. The building process was very smooth and they were able to stick with the timetable they originally put forth. We've had an issue with our water heater but they were very responsive to fixing the problem and it has been resolved.
