He failed to follow up with the IRS when we did not get our refund back. He stalled and did not perform his due diligence. Would not recommend this guy. He never answered the phone calls, and would not return e-mail questions.

I have been using Dial Accounting since 2001. Rick and his dad have been great and I will still continue to use Rick. It's amazing how when there is an issue everyone wants to comment.

I have used Richard to file for several years, no trouble. This year I had an appt in March to do and file taxes. Taxes were never filed, check was cashed though. I have not been able to get a hold of him since my appt. No responses to vm's, emails, no nothing! Thankfully I don't owe, but I'm expecting a return.FYI, I did speak to his office neighbor, he was alive and well back on June 22nd.
